Richard Shuller is a trophy winning Powerlifter. He’s written 7 books on fitness, 3 focused on fitness after 50 and one about fitness after 60. Richard continues to compete in powerlifting at the age of 79 and is very engaged with his coaching, writing, community and friends. He keeps active, fit, and lives the life of fitness that he writes about in his books.
Richard was a consultant for many years including time he worked for a venture capital firm. He retired in his early 60’s. Instead of playing golf or sitting home watching TV, he decided in his late 60’s he wanted to compete in powerlifting and get into fitness coaching and training.
