If you know the name Joe Friel, you know triathletes consider him a legend. He was one of the 1st triathlon coaches and became a USA Triathlon and USA Cycling certified elite-level coach. An endurance coach since 1980 Joe Friel has worked with triathletes, runners, cyclists, and other endurance athletes around the globe.
