Brian Gryn is personal trainer and intermittent fasting expert. Brain became passionate about intermittent fasting after witnessing the benefits one of his pre-diabetic clients had with this method of fasting.

Since then, Brian has personally experienced great benefits through intermittent fasting as well has helping many clients achieve their own health goals, whether it be weight loss, increased energy, or one of the many other benefits of fasting 12-18 hours a day.

Through my Integrative Institute of Nutrition education and 10 years of group training/coaching, I have learned that eating can help the body heal itself. Sometimes it takes small daily changes to make the biggest impact.

I have never believed in diets or counting calories. Eating whole, real foods makes the most positive impact on the body. My goal is to find what works for you because everybody is unique.
