Marita Littauer is an expert on understanding and explaining personalities.
For over 25 years she has helped people improve their relationships by explaining how we are wired. Understanding how we are wired improves communication by understanding our differences.
Her mother, Florence Littauer began the journey by writing many books on relationships and communication. Together, their books, assessment test and speaking engagements have improved the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.

Marita has traversed the country speaking on The Personalities to a variety of audiences and is the author of 20 books including the best-selling Wired That Way. Marita, and her husband Chuck Tedder, live in Lubbock, TX where most of her time, until July 2020, has been spent close to home caring for her 92-year-old mother. Additionally, Marita has recently been remodeling houses in Lubbock—some of which she and her husband have owned and flipped and others where she’s been contracted to design and manage the renovation.
