Jessie (Jaswant) Kular wanted her daughters to continue the tradition of making healthy, delicious, Indian dishes for their families, just as she did for hers.
But many of the Indian dishes were difficult to create, and very time consuming. As a nutritionist and fantastic cook, Jessie created spice blends to ensure anyone can make great tasting, wholesome Indian dishes.
