Cahlen Lee is a certified health coach, but is definitely not your typical health coach. He lives outdoors and discovers what works in the real world, with the help of nature.

Cahlen is one of those rare individuals who blazes his own path. We talk about eating only 1 hour a day, what foods to eat, growing food, sleeping outdoors, and enjoying life.

Episode Summary:
In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Cahlen Lee, a certified health coach who lives outdoors and discovers what works in the real world with the help of nature. We discussed topics such as eating only one hour a day, what foods to eat, growing food, sleeping outdoors, and enjoying life. We also touched on health, wellness, and happiness. Cahlen is a former Buddhist monk who became a video game tester and producer, and discussed the importance of consuming real food instead of processed food. We discussed the benefits of ketosis and the importance of eating oil that can withstand high temperatures without oxidizing, as well as the benefits of grass-fed butter. We then explored the effects of different foods on the body, the benefits of intermittent fasting, and the concept of breatharianism. Finally, we discussed the benefits of eating diverse foods and the importance of getting one’s microbiome in good health prior to long periods of time living outdoors.
